From the initial call through to the completion of the project, Mr. Handyman was straight forward, honest and efficient with all aspects. I called with an unusual project for hanging a shade sail in our screen enclosure, which we purchased previously. The person answering the call provided me with a general reasonable estimate for the labor and gave me a next day service due to a recent cancelation. They texted me a picture of the technician and a summary of their background. Eli called to give us a 20-minute heads up of his arrival, summarized our hard needs and quickly picked up the supplies from a local DYI store. Eli was thorough to explain in detail everything he was doing and reassured us Mr. Handyman would warranty the installation for 1-Yr. We cannot say how much we appreciated Eli's great customer service and would highly recommend Mr. Handyman for any home project work.

The process was so simple, after a discussion with the technician, Stephen, we agreed on an estimate and we were able to find common ground. The very next day, the lady called and offered the same day service and Steve came in and did the work, Great job and great customer service.

I recently reached out to Mr. Handyman for some basic service (fan install and smoke detectors) which was quickly taken care off. The service I received made my inquire on some additional work and I had my shower completely renovated. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Mark Clay provided excellent services. He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair my pocket door. He is professional in his demeanor and is respectful of his customers. Overall, this was a great experience dealing with Mr. Handyman.
