Love the work, workers and customer service. James and Bo did what four other contractors could not do in one day. They both offered suggestions freely. My father told me you get what you pay for, and they were well worth it. The only con I have is the billing. They charge by the hour, and I had to pay extra because the job was not completed the same day. This is difficult for me because I live on a fixed income. If I have a big project that I want done right the first time, I will use them.

Communication and scheduling was quick and easy. Joe did a great job getting our cat shelves (lol yes, really) on the wall and helping me figure out the best configuration for them. They look fantastic. Would definitely use Mr. Handyman's services again!

They were wonderful and did a great job. We were not able to be on site while the work was being done. But when we saw the completed work it was 100% according to the quote in regard to design, quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I called Mr. Handyman for my second service with them. This time it was to mount two cameras, one was on vinyl which I was worried about doing myself. Todd Nichols came early, he did such a fantastic job and also was just so detailed with his explanations (especially with my vinyl siding). He really helped me find the best angles for my cameras as well. He also checked on a few other things for me, one thing being an issue with a leak near the roof. I was amazed he just pulled a tall ladder out of his truck and climbed up to inspect it. I've literally had roofing contractors/and inspectors come out here who didn't check the physical roof saying they didn't need to and probably found it too much of a hassle. But not him, he just did it like a pro, and he discovered some issues up there and wrote it down for the roofing people to fix. He is just so incredible and clearly goes above and beyond, he deserves a raise! So happy with his services!

Craig and Alex did good work when they put up a ceiling for me. Both are very nice, friendly, helpful and worked hard. I recommend them to anyone.

The handyman who came, Joe, was customer service focused. He explained in detail what he would do, how long it would take and what it would cost. He then exceeded expectations by completing more work than he proposed, in less time and for less cost than he expected and explained. He was a great craftsman and clearly under promised and over delivered. I would be pleased to use them again for projects.
