Tim was my tech today and he did an amazing job fixing some issues that I have been living with for over a year! He re-anchored and installed two floor to ceiling sliding closets that were installed improperly years ago, in addition to fixing a broken drawer, broken railing and setting up a cold and hot water bidet with no ready access to the hot water - all in under 4 hours! He explained what he was going to do and made sure I was okay with the couple of small parts he needed to buy before he bought them; he respected the 4 hour time limit I requested for today, and he was also really kind and friendly! I will be calling this place for anything I need around the apartment, and I would recommend them for sure!
