Always helpful, friendly, and patient. She answer each and every question with patience, no matter how many times you call. There is no waiting 10-20 minutes for the "next customer service representative" as many companies do these days. They are truly engaged with their customers. Mark who fixed our garage ceiling was very professional, quick, knowledgable and friendly. He was great! He came in, got the job done quickly, and provided quality work. Top notch service from initial contact thru ease of payment. Luis, my serviceman, was a lovely gentleman, kind, efficient, and polite. He installed 2 hugger ceiling fans, fixed a slow filling commode, and replaced 3 outdoor electrical outlet covers. I appreciate Mr. Handyman's excellent customer focus and quick response time, too. I highly recommend them!
