Had new storm door installed. Trevor did a great job, patient with me, made sure It worked just rite. Their Company Representative on the phone, Tamira was wonderful. I get upset with calls not being returned. She returned all, listened, checked with me after . Wonderful Representative of their company. As they had to do less work, my bill was actually LESS than estimate. I will definitely be calling again.

I had a sump pump fail. Derrick came and replaced it. Very friendly and competent. Completed job quickly and left area cleaned up.

Mr Handyman is one of the most service oriented companies that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer communications is the best I have ever seen. We asked them for a quote to rebuild our deck with us supplying the materials. Not only was their quote presented quickly, it was done well and ended up as the lowest bid. They sent an experienced worker to do the two day job. He worked hard and overall did an excellent job. We did have a concern with how one of the railing sections was layed out. My Handyman promptly issued a credit to cover the cost of a new rail kit, and today their technician Trevor installed it for us. Now we are 100 percent satisfied. Highest recommendations for this outstanding company!

James did great work. He made sure everything looked great. There were a few concerns. There was a lack of transparency and communication. A one day job turned into a three day job. Our estimated job cost went up over $400 without any heads-up or communication. I found out when I went to pay at the end. I'm adding an addendum to my review. Greg from My Handyman reached out in a timely manner to help me resolve the issues from my service. Thank you so much for your willingness to rectify the situation and explain what happened!

Once we started the job, it became apparent that it would take longer than the initial estimate due to the age of the home and lack of access to areas where we had planned to run wiring. We know how important it is to be fully informed about work being done on your home, and our team is trained to provide a written Change Order when situations like this happen. Our service professional informed you of the additional labor charges and material costs verbally but did not follow our process of obtaining an authorization signature. We're always looking to improve, and we've reached out to you to try and make this right. I really appreciated the work of Derrick in my home yesterday! We ran into a problem with my electric power (I’m in a condo Bldg) that was not his problem but which delayed the work he was trying to do, and he was very good about it (better than me!). He did “disappear” twice without telling me where he was going, but it all worked out. Come back anytime!!!
Quick response, very knowledgeable, kept me in the loop on the status of the job.
Dennis Long was a fantastic technician. He replaced my vanity countertop and sink within only a few hours. His attention to detail and customer-oriented personality made it a pleasure to have him here. I will definitely request him again for other jobs!
